| Not that we wouldn't support Z1 if they dropped AMS ENTIRELY but we have have heard it all before. " we strive to get better" "I will weed out the rude employees" and for the most part Russell does an EXCELLENT job at managing such a huge business but still just wait 2 weeks and another post like yours will surface. And this isn't an attack on Russell bc I've spoke to him concerning some things I ordered and he resolved my issue BUT my point being he shouldn't have to step in when he has 20+ employees. Look at SZ or IPP and you will see the difference in customer service. Stillen has the same issue as Z1, parts are plentiful but customer service lacks and that is what kills most people. Z1 isn't a horrible place, we just don't agree with some of the things they do. You own a 20 year old sports car, if something is cheap in comparison to another part then maybe you should look into why before buying it. Again no disrespect to Russell but get off Z1s nuts bc we have given them chance after chance after chance.
